Specialist Hospitals

Animal Referral Hospital

Just like in human medicine, the general practitioner (GP) vet is the primary source of care for cats and dogs. When they develop a problem, a specialist can be consulted who has further expertise in an area such as diabetes, cancer treatment or orthopaedic surgery, to ensure that everything possible is being done. Specialists work with the GP vet to provide the optimum level of care. By having a large group of specialists working together at The Animal Referral Hospital, we can provide state of the art facilities and expertise for your pet.

University Veterinary Centre Sydney

Secret Creek Sanctuary

The overall goal of Secret Creek is to save endangered native species. Under a scientific licence Secret Creek, in conjunction with Australian Ecosystems Foundation Inc, set up the first Eastern Quoll breeding facility in NSW back in 2003. Since that time the Eastern Quolls have thrived.
In 2007 Secret Creek were successful in importing the first Eastern Quolls out of Tasmania in 18 years. These quolls are the unusual black coloured species and these 5 animals are the only black ones on mainland Australia. Plans are also under way to import Tasmania devils for the newly developed devil enclosure.
